“The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers.”

frequently asked questions

  • we are a cash-based practice. we choose not to work with insurance providers on the principle that insurance dictates the care you are going to receive based on the idea that there is something wrong with you. We firmly believe that you deserve to be seen for more that what’s “wrong” with you. you deserve more than that and we want to be able to provide you with the unique, intimate care that empowers your healing journey rather than hinders it. please note that we do accept most forms of hsa and fsa!

  • chiropractic is a healing profession based on the simple idea that the power that made the body is the same power that heals the body. the care we offer is rooted in the principles of vitalism, connection, and neurological safety. everything experienced in the body is meaningful, purposeful, and is done intelligently by our neural systems. In this vitalistic model of care, the body is viewed as a perfect expression of the Innate intelligence within each of us. In this light, the ‘work’ that we do together in our space can be considered a process of progressive nervous system regulation and unwinding. we honor where you system is currently at and works with what is ready and receptive to be worked with.

  • The Gift of Chiropractic operates as a membership based office. we have found that this is the most congruent way to offer care that isn’t salesy - where we’re not selling you a big package and then converting you to a weekly membership. instead, what we offer are varying tiers of membership, based on the needs of you and your family, where YOU get to have a say based on what feels the best for where you’re at

  • we used to, but we no longer do so. the main reason is so that we have a chance to review your intake forms ahead of timeand gain more insight about your history and the story you’re coming in with and we can ask better questions. in the past when we’ve accepted walk-in clients, we’ve seen them hurry through the intake forms, putting little to no effort into the forms, leaving us without context of the larger story about why you’re in here and who you want to be, just so that they can get that “quick crack” and be on their way. we found it to be incongruent to allow someone into our space without knowing their intentions, goals, and outcomes they desire, not only from receiving care with us, but for their life as well.

  • all that is required to bring an additional family member into membership is they must schedule an initial visit so that we can get to know them and their goals. after their initial visit, we’ll schedule the follow up visit, review the tiers of membership and make our recommendation from there that are in alignment with you and your family.
