“When we live in the present moment, it is possible to live in true happiness.”

What to expect on your first visit
An Opportunity to be Heard
The space we operate out of is designed to be safe, meaning whatever comes up in the moment is for us to acknowledge, process, and integrate. Whatever is shared with the chiropractor is kept between the two of you. The space allows you to be seen as you are, what you’re holding onto, whether it be a story or an injury, we are here to see you as whole. We want to give you a chance to be heard and valued because your presence is a gift to the world, and the world needs you at 100%.
The Initial Visit Process usually takes between 30-45 minutes
An Opportunity to Collaborate
We will discuss your intake forms and assess how we can work together to facilitate your short term and long term goals with chiropractic care. We’ll manage expectations for both parties so that we can stay on the same page about how chiropractic care can be the difference maker, the missing link, in you and your family’s health and well-being. We will discuss your history with the different sources of stress in your life to gain a bigger understanding of how you got to where you are and how chiropractic can help.
An Opportunity to Understand
After we review your history, and you’ve had an opportunity to share your story, Dr. Mason will walk you through the examination process. We will take a handful of objective measurements to establish a baseline or starting point for us to give a recommendation for care, and for us to track as care progresses. Next, we’ll move to the chiropractic table, connect with the body and jump right into the adjusting process. This is your opportunity to connect to your body, your breath, and to receive The Gift of Chiropractic.
