The purpose of the initial visit process is to establish a sense of connection in working together. We will discuss your intake forms to assess how you’ve been experiencing life in your body. We will work together to determine what your short and long term goals are and how chiropractic care can facilitate those wants and needs.

We will end the visit with a neuro-spinal examination with a chiropractic adjustment to follow. First visits may last up to 45 minutes

Following the initial investment in self, we will continue our work together through the unwinding process of your nerve system and the various tension patterns stored within your body. The force applications delivered range from low amplitude forces to deep, structural applications depending on what your system is exhibiting in that moment.

For clients who have completed their initial visit. This single visit is dedicated to the adjusting process and the continuation of your healing journey in our open adjusting space. Visit times may last up to 20 minutes.

Consists of dedicated time to connect, discuss goals and challenges from intake forms. Includes first adjustment. (45 min)

Identify and release stored tension within your body. (15 min)
